We offer Coaching and Consulting programs and services for Student Athletes and their families. Our Team aims to support children and families across the Globe with life Transitions.
Mission
Our Mission is to Honor Children and Families in Honor of the Late Ricky T. Sims, who is the biological father of Amia and grandfather of Caleb. Our TEAM chooses to honor him by supporting children and families near and abroad. Mr. Ricky outlined his wishes long before he left this world in 2016. He was the First African American Quarterback of Burns High School of Lawndale, NC. He graduated in 1975. He went on to further his studies as an Honors Graduate of Elizebeth City State University. He obtained the accomplishment of Bachelor of Science in Spring of 1977. This would be the year that his first daughter was born, Tyeshia R. Briscoe. He later married the Queen of his Life, Jacqueline Briscoe Sims. Amia is the youngest of two girls. His legacy continues through children and families internationally.
Announcements
Caleb Nixon was offered a partial scholarship to attend Christ School Athletics the Fall. We spend a great deal of our summers traveling with AAU basketball. He holds one offer from Hampton University. Our goal is to increase the offers and exposure. Caleb's first non-profit was called (Exposure for You) with the support of his father, Corey B. Nixon. Corey holds a MA in Addictions Counseling. Caleb is blessed to have a present father as his lifelong coach.

We offer a variety of group therapy options for individuals and families, including support groups, psychoeducation groups, and more. Our groups provide a supportive and collaborative environment for participants to connect with others and work towards their goals.
Workshops and Trainings
Our team offers workshops and trainings on a variety of topics related to family and mental health. We provide customized trainings for schools, organizations, and businesses to help improve mental health and well-being in the community.
